    吉 士 粉 是一種香料粉。成粉末狀,淺黃色或淺橙黃色,易融化,適用于軟、香、滑的冷熱甜點之中(如蛋糕、蛋捲、包餡、麵包、水果餡餅、夾餅、布甸、撻類等糕點中),主要取其特殊的香氣和味道,是一種較爲理想的食品香料粉。

     
    美 乃 滋 即沙拉醬或蛋黃醬,亦可用馬鈴薯、優酪乳、核桃(或南杏)製作而成。馬鈴薯(1/2個)蒸熟,剝皮、搗成泥、放涼,加優酪乳(1/2杯)拌勻,撒上切碎的核桃(2個)即可(假如是南杏,須先泡水一小時后,烘乾,打成粉狀再加入)。
